Andrew Day has a diverse background in the world of real estate, which makes him an incredible asset to his clients. Originally from Memphis, TN, Andrew graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication. Upon graduating he went into mortgage origination where he managed a team and became the Top Producer back to back years. He still holds a mortgage license, but is not actively using it.
Andrew then went on to work in outside sales, traveling the country selling commercial roofing. It was after a battle with cancer (he has been cancer free since August 2013) and reading the book "How to Become a Millionaire in 10 Years" that he entered the real estate world. He has since bought, flipped and built numerous homes, and is currently renovating an apartment building he owns. In his first year alone, Andrew sold over 10 million dollars in real estate. He also own 25 rental units, and has helped in consulting roles of large development deals.
Andrew has a passion for the outdoors and loves selling land. He believes real estate is a great investment tool, and uses his diverse knowledge in the areas of finance and construction to help guide his clients.
Andrew and his wife live in Franklin, TN and welcomed a new baby girl in February. In his free time you can find him at church, hunting, fishing, or golfing.
